There is solid structure or transparent dome above the flat earth that prevents any air/space vehicle to go up beyond the dome.

Even laser can prove the dome exiatence. The dome gives the light projection.

By increasing upwards speed of earth, the “stationary” (or Vo) water will be pushed upwards. It’s like somebody throw an object. Accelerating speed of the thrower is needed.

What if the earth is actually moving downwards?

There would be the model of *Downwards Universal Deceleration*.

The earth goes downwards with deceleration way.

Why does it possibly occure?

Because the ship of universe travels in the medium of huge huge huge smoke, as the natural decelerator.

I never found a better model or hypothesis other than the proposition above, which is friendly with various physics phenomena.
