Kerokan, Traditional Cure Treatment

It’s probably original Javanese therapy. It even doesn’t be practiced in other islands.

It’s performed by using oil and coin or other similar object. Survey says it can, by God permission, cure common flue symptom while still at beginning stage.

This practice has lasted for ages with proven result.

However, doctors generally don’t recommend this treatment because, they say, it gives tiny vessels damage. Red color on the skin is the indication of such damage.

Okay, but since I usually sceptical to what *experts* say, I’m still for Kerokan. It’s economical, and so far no serous effects have happened over Kerokan.

I just wanted to put notes here, that Kerokan is supposed to be relaxing. No need to overpress the coin. Red color on the skin is not obligatory. You can get better by normal pressing of the coin.

To me, common flue is caused by chemical substance inhaled through nose.
